Observation

Licensor observed plastic bags accessible to children on diapering shelf in bathroom. Licensor observed a corded item applicance on floor of kitchen, accessible to children. Licensor observed exterior stairway from patio exit without pressure gates to prevent a child from going down over 20 stairs from deck landing at top or bottom of stairwell. Licensor observed white book shelf near exit slidder window that was not mounted to wall, posing risk of falling and needs anchored, and also drain pipe on ground out side in play area, with sharp edges and large parts, that pose risk of child injury, that need to be removed from area. Licensor observed outlet near water source in bathroom to no be GFCI or TR and will need to be replaced with blank plate or GFCI.
